Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Xiamen Jieding Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2012 and owns its own factory in Anxi County, Quanzhou.
How do I choose the right packaging machine?
Please tell us your product, bag type, filling weight and required speed (bags per minute). Our engineer will recommend the most suitable model and provide a free solution drawing.
What is the delivery time?
Normally 7–15 working days for standard models after the deposit is confirmed. Customized machines take 20–30 working days.
What about warranty and after-sales service?
One year warranty for the whole machine and lifetime technical support. English manual, video guide and online guidance are provided. On-site service is available on request.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight and other terms can be negotiated.
How do you pack and ship the machines?
Standard export wooden cases with waterproof film. We arrange sea/air/express shipping and provide all export documents.
Can you customize the machine for my product?
Yes. We can customize the filling system, bag former, film width, output and voltage according to your requirements.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. English manuals and video guides, plus online installation guidance. On-site installation service is available on request.
